Our Greek Extra Virgin Olive Oil is very good quality, made from the finest Kalamata olives, sourced from the most productive & oldest olive trees of Greece. It is cold-pressed by mechanical means at a constant temperature, protecting its sensitive ingredients. Our Extra Virgin Olive Oil carries 2 Awards, obtained at the Berlin and London 2021 Competitions.

Simply stated, a low level of free fatty acids is an indicator of better olive oil. So, an acidity level of 0.5 percent is average, 0.3 percent is good, and 0.2 percent is considered the highest quality.
